Most adults should have a comprehensive eye exam every one to two years. If you have diabetes, glaucoma risk, or a history of eye conditions, annual exams are recommended. Children should be seen at 6 months, 3 years, and before starting school — then annually throughout school years.

Yes. We reserve appointment slots for urgent eye care — sudden vision changes, eye pain, foreign body, or suspected eye infections. Call us first thing in the morning at (406) 541-3937 and our team will do their best to see you the same day.
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any existing eyeglasses or contact lens prescriptions. If you wear contacts, bring your current lenses or the box with the prescription information.

Cataracts develop gradually. If you notice cloudy or blurred vision, increased glare from headlights or sunlight, fading colors, or difficulty reading even with glasses, it may be time for an evaluation. Our doctors will assess the stage of your cataract and advise on the best next steps.
